Friday August 7th Free talking

Today we had a very big group, probably because of upcoming holidays. During the first session we chatted about various things, but mainly about our plans for the next week.
The second session was mainly about good manners and etiquette...
It was really fun!

At first I want to apologize for the inconvienience caused by me being late today. At the same time I want to say thank you for staying with me so long (till 22:30).
Today we spent both two hours on talking about very random stuff and playing a game.

Today we used both sessions for, pretty much, casual talking. There were two students I haven't seen before so I I decided to talk about they're lives and passions. Mr K., who is a new student in our school, (welcome!) talked about Bangladesh and his volunteering experience there. It was really fascinating. Also, very young miss M., demonstrated her singing skills and talked about her choir experience. She has already achieved a lot during her, not that long, life and she's also having ambitious plans for the nearest future. Keep it up and good luck with your program in the US.

I hope that the typhoon was the only reason why not so many students have visited us today.Even though we had the bigger part of the classroom for ourselves only 4 students came for the first session :(
Anyway we had fun talking about very, very random things.
Thank you for coming!

The second session, as I promised last week, was dedicated to the LGBT problem. We both agreed that we are not experts in that topic and that our stereotypes about gays are clearer than the stereotypes we have about lesbians.
Thank you for taking part in that discussion and see you next week.
